In the foothills above San José del Cabo, organic farms grow vegetables, herbs and fruit for their own restaurants, and evenings among the garden rows have become a Los Cabos tradition.
Several farms also have markets, cooking classes and shops. Roads to Las Ánimas are partly unpaved, so allow time, and book well ahead for weekend dinners.
