Craft Open Fire Kitchen crowns ME Cabo, the adults-only Meliá hotel on Medano Beach, with a rooftop terrace overlooking the beach, the bay and the marina side of Cabo San Lucas. Everything is cooked over wood fire and a Josper grill, from rib eye and filet to the catch of the day, grilled octopus, smoked eggplant and sweet potato. The bar follows a farm-to-glass approach to cocktails using local ingredients, and DJ sessions and fire pits give evenings a social, lounge-like feel.
Reviewers enjoy the rooftop views and atmosphere, the passion fruit margaritas and well-cooked steaks, and small touches such as blankets, heaters and marshmallows to roast at the fire pits on cooler nights.
