Laiva Roof crowns Laiva Hotel San José by Tasman, a dusky-pink modernist boutique hotel of 19 rooms on Calle Manuel Doblado in the historic centre of San José del Cabo. The rooftop shares its space with the hotel pool and looks across the town, offering craft cocktails, bar snacks such as arrachera tacos and DJ sets in the afternoon and early evening. A signature pink drink of gin, rosé, prosecco and berries is the house favourite. It closes relatively early, around 8pm or 9pm.
